Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Create comprehensive technical solutions, from applications to infrastructure, that work seamlessly together.
• Technical Leadership: Lead development teams through technical guidelines and standards, including the choice of technology stacks and tools.
• System Integration: Ensure that the organization's various systems can communicate and function smoothly, both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Security: Design secure systems that follow relevant security standards (ISO 27000, CIS Controls). Implement security features from the start and regularly review them.
• Scalability and Performance: Design systems that are scalable and optimized for high performance, ready for future growth.
• Innovation and Future Orientation: Stay updated with the latest technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experienced Architect (Senior): You have several years of experience in designing and implementing technical solutions in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Coding and DevOps: You have hands-on experience with coding, preferably in Python, and working with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with container solutions like Docker and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
• Security Focus: You have a deep understanding of security architecture and experience with risk management, identity and access management, and encryption.
• Startup Focus: You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you have the opportunity to contribute to business goals and build from the ground up.
• Leadership and Goal Setting: You can delegate tasks, set goals, and guide teams to achieve technical objectives effectively.
• Language: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required; Swedish is desirable but not mandatory.
• Requirement Management: You can clearly set requirements both internally and externally with suppliers.
