SAP VIM Consultant

We are looking for:

SAP VIM Consultant to join us on a high-impact project for a leading client in the automotive industry. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for customer service processes, with a focus on workshop service operations. Y

The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and maintaining the Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) module, providing operational support, and advising on best practices. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects and enhance your expertise in SAP VIM.

Resposibilities:

Configure and maintain the SAP VIM module (Vendor Invoice Management)
Provide 1st and 2nd line operational support for VIM-related issues
Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure smooth VIM functionality
Suggest and implement best practices for optimizing VIM processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to invoice processing and workflows

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

Experience in SAP VIM (OpenText) – configuration and maintenance
Knowledge of SAP FI, MM, and Workflow integration
Ability to analyze and optimize VIM processes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide operational support
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent English communication skills
Located in Czechia or Slovakia.
