The project and the role description:

We are currently seeking a SAP Concur Functional Application Consultant (Travel & Expense) to support our Swedish client — a global manufacturing company specializing in advanced bearing technologies, lubrication systems, and condition monitoring solutions for industrial applications across a wide range of sectors.

 The current system covers Expense only — the new scope will include Travel Management globally, with full configuration, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Support solution design and configure SAP Concur Travel & Expense
• Handle end-to-end integration, testing, and go-live support
• Work closely with the solution architect, internal teams, and key business stakeholders
• Participate in workshops, documentation, and user acceptance processes
• Optionally contribute to the pre-study phase, depending on start date

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 2–3 SAP Concur implementations in multinational contexts (Travel + Expense)
• Solid experience with Concur configuration, rollout, and user training
• Ability to troubleshoot and support integration processes
• Based in Czechia or Slovakia
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
